We are looking for someone to join our Front Desk/Guest Services team! The Front Desk is responsible for delivering a positive customer experience through all activities.
Responsibilities and Duties
Front Desk duties include:
- Answer inquiries and provide information to customers.
- Sell merchandise
- Receive payments and issue receipts
Arrange for refunds and credits, and perform daily cash outs.
- Receive program application forms, process information, and maintain booking records.
- Provide support to all departments.
- Perform general office duties.
- The ideal candidate will have a proven record in customer service.
- This person will be a highly motivated team player with attention to detail and strong people skills. The candidate should have a healthy and active lifestyle, and knowledge of cross country skiing is an asset.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential.
- The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience working in a fast-paced and multi-tasked environment with an emphasis on timelines and building and maintaining positive relationships.
Seasonal, part-time. January – March (weather dependent – snow required).
