Experience four seasons of outdoor magic through a variety of exciting activities at Hardwood! With over 25 years experience in hosting school groups at Hardwood Ski and Bike, we are the number one school destination for outdoor recreation.

About Hardwood Ski and Bike

Hardwood is located in the heart of Oro-Medonte, ON offering over 80 km of Mountain Bike Trails, 40 km of Cross Country Ski Trails and 11 km of Snowshoe Trails. We were also host to the 2015 Pan American Games for Mountain Biking. School groups are welcomed in our Chalet where they can store their bags, use the washrooms, purchase lunch from Food Services and relax while warming up or drying off (depending on the season you plan your visit).

Safety First

At Hardwood Ski and Bike safety is our top priority. Our management are all trained first responders, our lead instructors are NCCP, CANSI or PMBNI trained. Students and teachers are given clear direction and taught trail etiquette to maximize safety. Helmets are included and mandatory for all biking activities. We offer your school a safe and fun way to enjoy the outdoors.
