As per current Health guidelines, Contact Tracing and Active Screening must be done by everyone coming onto the property the day they will be visiting. You cannot do this the night before. To drastically reduce your wait time, please pre-screen yourself with the HW Canatrace app here. Either save a screenshot on your phone, or print out the confirmation page and bring it with you to present at the ticket booth.

Trail Passes must now be purchased online before you arrive:
PURCHASE TRAIL PASSFailure to purchase your trail pass online in advance of arrival may result in denied entry to Hardwood. Season’s pass holders and multi pack ticket holders are excluded, and will not require pre-booking.
We had another 10cm of snow fall since yesterday. All trails are groomed and open. Conditions are excellent. Its a bit colder this morning, so please dress appropriately. We are also open for snowshoeing, but closed for fatbiking until the trails firm up from the new snow. Limited Fatbike and Snowshoe Rentals are now available. You must book online in advance. On weekends, Fatbiking is only permitted on “Phatty” (conditions permitting). Fatbiking is permitted on ski trail, snowshoe trail, and Phatty (Fatbike’s only) Mon-Fri when we are open for fatbiking. Fatbikers, please stay off the classic tracks on ski trail. Big Mouth Sandwiches will be open for take out food from 12pm til 5pm.
Night skiing has started. We will be open from Mon-Fri until 8pm (excluding Holidays) for skiing under the lights on our small “hamster” loop, or with headlamps on Torino, Nagano, or Sochi.
Reminder under our new “shutdown” operating protocols, ski rentals are currently unavailable (Limited Fatbike and Snowshoe rentals available by booking online in advance) and retail is available by appointment or over the phone (No persons allowed in the retail shop). The Chalet capacity is 15, and only use of washrooms is permitted.
