Camp Hardwood

Looking for something fun and exciting for your child(ren) to be a part of this summer?

Come join us at Camp Hardwood, Camp Hardwood is a day camp where kids aged 5-13 can come play, learn and explore in the great outdoors!

This year Camp Hardwood is offering two different options:

Mountain bike camp is celebrating its 20 years of fun at Hardwood Ski and Bike this summer! This is a place for individuals who are comfortable riding a bike or looking to hone in on their technical skills. Each camper will walk away at the end of the week having learned something suited to their individual riding level. Counsellors will work with the campers in a variety of skill sessions throughout the week, from there campers can transfer what they have learned and put it into action riding through a variety of trails within our 80 kms of trails system. While most of their day is spent on their mountain bike they have the opportunity to spend time doing other camp activities! Some of the camper’s favourite activities include human foosball, low ropes, amazing race challenges, cyclocross, and Hardwood’s very own obstacle course!

To celebrate 20 years of camp, Camp Hardwood is introducing “Outdoor Adventure Camp”! Outdoor adventure campers will have the opportunity to play traditional camp games with an added Camp Hardwood twist. Outdoor Adventure Camp is a place where campers can make new friends, work together to complete a variety of initiatives and challenges all while exploring the natural environment Hardwood has to offer. Each week, activities can include archery, human foosball, beach volleyball, orienteering, water wars, obstacle course challenges, low ropes, disc golf, theme days, rocket building, crafts and more!

Camp Hardwood staff have a fun and exciting summer planned for your campers! Camp Hardwood runs 8 weeks of camp, including one week for higher skilled riders (week 3) and a shorter week with a reduced rate for the civic holiday (week 6). Ensure your campers get the Camp Hardwood experience this summer, before spots fill up!
