The Counsellors
Camp Hardwood employs senior high school students as well as college and university students who posses a strong background in mountain biking, camping, leadership, and working with children. The staff is selected based on their enthusiasm, communication style, and ability to relate to children. Many of our staff members have been campers at Camp Hardwood as well as other residential and day camps. All staff members are police checked and hold current first aid and CPR certifications.
